Florida Waterfront Estate - Jupiter Inlet Colony
JUPITER INLET COLONY

Jupiter Inlet Colony

The historic Jupiter Lighthouse overlooks Jupiter Inlet Colony, an incorporated island town of 244 residential lots, which is protected by its own police force and governed by its own volunteer commission.  At the entrance to the inlet, a private (by invitation only) Beach Club has a protected swimming area,  private beach, tennis court, picnic and barbecue areas, as well as social function rooms.
A marina is adjacent to Jupiter Inlet Colony.

With no bridges between your boat and the Atlantic Ocean, you can be in the Gulf Stream in moments. This area is considered "The Sailfish Capital" of the world and offers some of the best snook fishing anywhere. The Bahamas are less than 50 miles by boat. The country-long Intracoastal Waterway passes by the property's dock in a no-wake zone. Manatees, dolphins and other fish can be observed from the dock, and the snorkeling in the warm, crystal blue waters is superb.

Looking south over the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway bridge,
the waterway curves to the right to join the Loxahatchee River and
then ambles on south toward Palm Beach.
The Loxahatchee River is also great for exploring and viewing wildlife
as it forks north to the Florida wilderness of Jonathan Dickinson State Park.
