UPPER GROUNDS

Designated a "Backyard Wildlife Habitat" by the National Wildlife Federation, the grounds are splendid with tropical plants, orchids, native birds and wildlife. On the spacious deck to the right is a large cement, heated grotto with a cave and rock formation, with a hot or cold waterfall that has intimate seating behind it.

The elevated deck has beautiful gardens, a large stainless-steel gas grill and tables and chairs. Nighttime lighting in the many large trees makes it delightful to have evening meals, parties and barbecues on the party deck below.

The garden and pathway on the north side of the party-and-grotto deck are lined with flowers and enjoyed by many a butterfly.

MID-GROUND AREA

There are chickee huts, horseshoe pits, and poles to stretch nets for playing volleyball and badminton.

A 3-tier award-winning aquatic preserve area with a bridge and waterfalls is

surrounded by live oak and cypress trees, with orchids attached to many.

There are several peaceful meditation areas around the preserve - a great stress reliever.

The walkways blend naturally into the landscape, curving around trees and pools.

A dramatic tree frames the house, as we look back toward the east and head toward 

the water. The 'Marrying' platform deck is at the right.

Many friends have chosen this special place to say their vows.

Orchids grace the cypress and live oak trees on the water preserve
